Increase amount of an order issued with recorded payments

If you want to increase the amount of an already settled Order there are two methods:

1 - If there are no linked Invoices and/or Receipts proceed to delete the payments recorded through this guide and then click on Reopen/Edita within the order and click on thepencil icon next to the Course Price entered:

In the pop-up that opens enter the new price and click on Continue:

Finally save the changes by clicking thegreen diskette icon:

Now that the changes have been made, it is possible to re-record payments and possibly change the amount and due date of the installments.

2 - If you cannot delete payments then you will need to follow this guide to add a Good/Service to the order so as to increase the amount of the Order.

NB: The amount of the Good/Service added must be of the exact amount to be increased as it cannot be changed later.
