Webex enablement and interconnection.

Please note: interconnection with Webex is a business module, subject to a service fee
additional whose conditions must be accepted before accessing the service:
Webex licensing costs remain the responsibility of the customer in all cases

1. The interconnection is between the ScuolaSemplice system and customer-owned Webex accounts (which will then be charged to the customer)
2. The customer will be able to purchase an arbitrary number of Webex licenses, and once the main account is linked into ScuolaSemplice, the system will turn into virtual classrooms
3. Once the connection is established, ScuolaSemplice will manage the generation of virtual meetings in Webex, handle the email invitation of participants or their
   access to calls directly from web portal and the retrieval of attendance reports at the end of the meeting.

To achieve the interconnection, it is necessary for the client to perform an operation on its Webex account such that technical keys can be generated and uploaded to ScuolaSemplice.

Step 1 - Interconnection generation in Webex

• Log on to https://developer.webex.com/ with your main account
• Navigate to https://developer.webex.com/my-apps
• From here click on Create new App and then click on Create an integration
• Then fill out the form that will be presented with the following information:- Will this integration use a mobile SDK? → No
  -Integration name → ScuolaSemplice
  -ICON → any icon
  -Description → any description
  -Redirect URI(s) → https:///webex/integrated/ example: https://blucloud.scuolasemplice.it/webex/integrated
  -Scopes →Select the following checkboxes:

• Then click on Add integration

At this point the Webex-side interconnection will be generated and the system will make available two pieces of technical information:

Client ID
e
Client Secret

These two pieces of information should be copied and kept in a safe place.

Step 2 - Configure technical keys in ScuolaSemplice

In ScuolaSemplice of access the menu Configuration -> Interconnection, and access the Webex section.
Enter the client id and client secret in the two spaces provided and check if the interconnection is valid.

If the interconnection is successful, the system will generate in the selected location, as many virtual classrooms as webex users have been activated and each virtual classroom can be used normally for class scheduling.

Please note: Purchasing multiple licenses in Webex is not sufficient for the ScuolaSemplice system to detect the "hosts" and generate the virtual classrooms.
It will be necessary in Webex for as many users to be created as there are licenses to be used and for each to be properly associated with the meeting management license.
