Next to the issued invoices appears the symbol "!" with the notice "issued but impossible to deliver to recipient" what does it mean?

The message appears for invoices correctly sent to the SDI and indicates that the recipient customer is a private individual who has neither the recipient code nor the Pec to view invoices in electronic format. The customer can view the invoice in PDF format or to view the XML can independently go into his tax drawer .
