From Didactics → Exam List, first accessing the specific exam session via the second button on the specific exam row,

and thereafter to the session slot by clicking the button with the three sticks.

On the line of each enrolled candidate, in case of special needs, you will find the relevant icons to download both the release and the medical evidence.
