Is it possible to put the school logo on the enrollment receipt and invoice?

Certainly.

You will be able to customize the school logo yourself by navigating to Fiscal Management → Tax Settings and clicking the edit icon on the company line.

Then scroll to the bottom of the new screen, enter the logo image, and click Apply Changes to finish the operation.
