The Student reports to me that he did not receive the email with the link to connect to the Zoom Meeting, what can I do?
First, check whether the email was sent by the system; this can be done in two ways:
- In Administration → Send/List Messages → Message List. Whether or not the email was sent by the system.
- From the calendar (from any view) right-click on the lesson, clicking on Check the status of email invitations, from this screen you will also be able to resend emails for invitations
