I activated Assessments in Management but the "Assessments" tab does not appear in Courses how come?

Once you have finished configuring the Assessments in Configuration → Settings → Course-related settings in the Assessments tab, you need to activate the assessment system in individual Courses as well.

To do this go into Course Edit and under Grade Type enter one of those set.
