Configuration and management of "Rolling" courses
A "Rolling" course is a course that does not have a set end but is automatically lengthens based on the enrollments that are received from time to time.
These courses, referred to as "rolling" courses, can be individual o collective and must be defined with cost per lesson or per hour and with duration per lesson or per hour.
Whenever viene enrolled a new student, or a student renews enrollment, the system will check, based on the package purchased Whether the course is sufficiently long.
If the package exceeds the currently scheduled lessons , the course will be automatically lengthened and scheduled. In this sense, the course can continue indefinitely as long as there are new registrants or new renewals.
PRACTICAL EXAMPLE:
A Rolling course with predetermined number of 20 scheduled lessons (20 lessons from the 01/01/2023 at 30/01/2023) and a student who purchased a specific 20-lesson package:
Upon completion of the last scheduled lesson, such a student decides to renew your package for other additional 20 lectures, automatically the system, at the time of renewal, will continue calendaring regular by ensuring that all classes purchased in the package are scheduled.
They will be Automatically skipped holidays and in case the teacher is employed, will set it as "to be determined."
Note: All class settings such as, class schedule, duration, venue, classroom, lecturer, etc. will remain unchanged.
All other features of the Rolling Course are identical to any other package course of lessons/hours.
