Intercompany courses for employees between parent and subsidiary companies
The ability to link a company, subsidiary or subsidiary, to its parent or holding company can be enabled in the system.
This allows the secretariat to cross-enroll employees of these companies, so that from the parent company all courses defined in the subsidiary companies are also accessible.
The secretariat will also be able to enroll employees of subsidiary companies, in courses defined in the parent company.
The company whose employees are enrolled in courses defined in another company, through its Web Account, provided there is at least one employee of the parent/controlled company in those courses, will have viewing of those courses in its own restricted area, but with viewing limited to its own employees.
The ability to define parent and subsidiary companies can be activated from the menu Configuration → Settings, in the course section, tab "General Settings".
After activation, from the section Master Data → Customer Companies, upon entering the modification of each existing master data, it will be possible to specify from the relevant drop-down menu which company should be the "Controlling" one.
N.B. When a company has been selected as the parent company of another company, that company may not be linked to parent companies
To include students from subsidiary companies in courses related to the parent company, or vice versa, from Didactics → Pre-enrollment, after carrying out the ordinary procedure of issuing company orders and pre-enrolling students, via the appropriate drop-down menu of association to the collective course, it will be possible to choose between courses from both the company itself and the subsidiary/controlling company.
