How to proceed when a course is completed

In the case of both collective and individual, once a course has ended, the deletion of those enrolled from the course will occur automatically; it will not be necessary to disenroll them.
Nor will it be necessary to remove the student's record from the history, which will remain on the system's database, but the student will be unenrolled from the completed courses in which he or she was enrolled.
Both payments received and payments still pending will also remain traceable at all times.

To close the completed course, navigate to the course tab and click The Close Course button. At this point, the course row will be highlighted in gray but will remain in the course list.
When the course is closed, it will no longer be viewable from either the faculty app or the student app/responsible tutors.

Now, again from the course tab, you will be able to archive it by clicking the Archive Course button.
An archived course will be hidden from the system and will therefore no longer be displayed in the list of active courses.
To also view archived courses, in addition to those still in existence, check the "Access archive" at the top right of the course list. Archived courses will be characterized by the archive symbol next to the ID number.

N.B. In case there is still attendance to be taken and there is no need to do so, it will still be possible to archive the course by clicking the Force cancel classes and archive course button, again from the course tab.
