How do you upload the privacy form?

To upload the privacy form, navigate to Administration → General Settings and scroll down to Privacy Module.

Choose the privacy form file to upload and click on Edit Settings to finish the operation.

Place flag on checkbox Request privacy form to indicate that the student has signed the school's privacy form.
