Administrative account with view limited to assigned courses only
In the definition of an administrative account, the possibility of enabling limited access to the educational part has been introduced, this implies that for the specific administrative account, it will be possible to specify punctually the courses to which it will have access.
In order to enable the Limited Learning feature you will need to navigate to Administration → Administrators ( the section in question is not viewable? ) and enter "edit" the specific account to which you want to enable this feature
At this point, it will be sufficient to enable the Limited Didactics system(it will also be possible to show the operator only and only the didactics and not the administrative situation of the enrollees) and save the changes
If we go back to the page that shows the list of administrator accounts, we will find that under the account we have just changed there will be a new button which will give us access to the Limited teaching in which we can add the specific Courses that this will have access to
It will also be possible to specify lists of funds and client companies linked to the administrative user, so that the profile has access only to courses from those funds or companies.
It is also possible to specify a combination of these, thus selecting one or more funds, one or more client companies, and one or more specific courses.
Typical use case is to enable the management of the teaching part to a staff member who has to manage only courses from a particular fund.
