Criticality management

In Didactics there is the entry Criticality Management:

This screen encapsulates all the Courses that have some criticalities and which therefore require an intervention by the Secretariat.

The screen looks like this:

  • Code: Course Code
  • Course Name: Course Name.
  • Company Name: Name of the Company for which the course is reserved.
  • Expected Duration: Expected Course Duration.
  • Course start date: Course Start Date.
  • Last scheduled class: Date of last scheduled lesson for the course.
  • Type of criticality: Type of criticality encountered:
    • Regular unplanned course: Course schedule missing.
    • Regular course, missing X lessons to be planned: Course planning is incomplete.
    • Flexible unplanned course: No classes have been planned yet.
    • Flexible course, missing X lessons to be planned: Course planning is incomplete.
    • Empty: The course lacks planning.

Under the column Operations there is the entry Go to Course which allows you to enter directly into the Lesson Schedule of the Course to correct the Criticality.
