Transferring a student from a course in one curriculum to an alternative one

It is possible to transfer a Student in a Study Plan from one Collective Course to another directly from within the Plan of Study. The Course must have already been created (in Didactics → Collective Courses or directly from within the Study Plan point 2 of the attached Guide) and linked to the subject of interest.

To proceed with the transfer, navigate to Education → Study Plans and click on the number of Students in the relevant row of the Study Plan of interest:

From the screen that opens, click on the Manage Enrollments in the row of the Student of interest:

The following will be displayed the list of Student Enrollments.. Next to the Subject related to the change click on Search Alternative Courses:

If there will be other Courses related to that Subject in the Study Plan all related Courses will appear, check the one of interest and save the operation by clicking the green icon in the shape of a Floppy Disk:

The operation will be completed and the Student transferred.
