Student transfer between curricula

If a student has been mistakenly enrolled in one curriculum or needs to choose another, the system offers the option of varying the enrollment.

By accessing Didactics → Study Plans, the system shows all active plans. It is advisable to always set the filters located in the upper right corner so that only the desired course is shown.

To the side of each curriculum is a column called Enrollment Management, through which it is possible to view the entire list of students currently associated with a curriculum. This list shows both currently enrolled students and those who have disenrolled.

By then expanding the enrollment list, it is possible to move a student from one plan to another by selecting the "move student to a differentcurriculum" icon.

It is then possible to view a drop-down menu through which you can choose another active plan, replacing then the enrollment with another, finally click on Prepare student transfer:

The following will be uploaded the Courses currently taken by the Student in the current Plan of Study., with an indication of any evaluation obtainedand whether or not the Course is present in the new Study Plan, after checking click on the blue button Transfer Student:

After a confirmation pop-up the Student will be successfully transferred.

Notes:

  • In case the two curricula have courses in common, the student will remain regularly enrolled in those courses.
  • Assessments obtained and Exams taken will remain in memory in the Student's record.
  • The transfer has no effect on the original order and payments.
