Mass mailing of user Web Account activation invitations
With a view to time optimization, it is possible to send massively to the registries enrolled in the Courses the invitation to use the Web Account.

Navigate to. Administration → Massive Actions → Massive Sending of Web User Activation Invitations, several options will be present:
In the first box it will be possible to select the Course to be involved for submission, or check the box Any Course to involve all Master Records within Courses:
Then indicate in the next box which Registries to involve: Teachers, Students or Tutors of the enrolled members:
The entire list of the Registries found and whether they can be contacted for invitation or not.
Scroll through the entire list and click the button Send Web Access Invitations located at the bottom of the page:
