Types of automatic notifications

Within ScuolaSemplice there are various Automatic Notifications that can be activated.

In Configuration → Automatic Notifications there are the following Notifications that can be activated (click on the item of interest to read the related article):

• Courses and Lessons
• Payments to be Received
• Questionnaires
• Surveys
• Expiration of Certificates
• Dues/Membership Card Deadline

In Configuration → Settings → Settings related to Students and Tutors. there are Notifications for:

• Automatic reminders of upcoming lessons.
• Automatic notices to guardians for child absences.

In Configuration → Automations it is possible to enable:

• Automation system for sending automatic notifications on the progress of courses.

Finally within Administration → Sending/Listing and Messages you can:

• Schedule a message with predetermined Date and Time.
