Purchase new Membership Fee before the expiration of the previous one

In case a student enrolls early for the following year, it is possible to have him/her purchase the Enrollment Fee for the next Educational/Solar Year directly from the Student Enrollment screen.

Navigate through the menu on the left side of the panel Student Enrollment e select the Student in the left pane:

Active Quotas for the current year will be immediately visible. Then click on theyellow X-shaped icon:

Now specify which new quota to associate with the order:

You will now be able to proceed with adding the Quota to your order by clicking on the green button In the shopping cart:

Now the new Quota will appear correctly within the cart along with the other Goods purchased at the time of the order:
