Instructions for Importing Reports

After downloading the ODT Template of interest you can edit the File with lettering, logos and new placeholders of your interest. When you have finished editing the File, proceed to upload it in Configuration → Contracts and Reports and click on Add Report, the relevant configurations will be indicated under each photo of the Model. Further details of the Report and the relevant article with the list of complete Placeholders that can be added to the ODT model will be specified in the notes.

SECTION 1: EDUCATIONAL REPORTS

Standard Certificate of Participation:

• Type: ODT model.
• Section: Course Record - Individual Student Report.

Certificate of Participation with Evaluation:

• Type: ODT model.
• Section: Course Record - Individual Student Report.

Notes:

• Requires enablement and inclusion of the Teacher's Final Judgment..

Multi Skill Report Card 1:

• Type: ODT model.
• Section: Course Record - Individual Student Report.

Notes:

• Requires enablement and input of the Final Judgment and the Multi-skill voting.
• In the case of only one Teacher, it is not necessary to use the placeholder in the File but the simpler {actualTeacher.fullName}.
• Article with the complete list of Placeholders that can be used.

Multi Skill Report Card 2:

• Type: ODT model.
• Section: Course Record - Individual Student Report.

Notes:

• Requires enabling and input of the Multi-skill voting.
• In the case of only one Teacher, it is not necessary to use the placeholder in the File but the simpler {actualTeacher.fullName}.

Individual Progress Report:

• Type: ODT model.
• Section: Course Outline

Progress Report for Collective Courses:

• Type: ODT model.
• Section: Course Outline.

Notes:

• Requires enablement and entry of the Initial and Final Level of the Course.

Progress Report for Corporate Courses:

• Type: ODT model.
• Section: Course Outline.

Notes:

• Requires enablement and entry of the Initial and Final Level of the Course.
• Requires enablement and input of the Final Judgment and the Multi-skill voting.
• Requires Client companies e Funds linked to the Course.

SECTION 2: CONTRACTS

Standard Contract:

Notes:

• In case there is no Tutor connected to the Student the fields Mail and Tutor Mobile will not be filled in.
