Automatic sending of end-of-lesson reports

To enable automatic submission of end-of-lesson reports navigate to Configuration → Settings and expand the "Settings related to students and tutors":


Scroll down slightly to the section "End of class report submission" and insert the check "Enable submission of end-of-lesson reports":

At this point, via the drop-down menus below, it will be possible to specify whether to send the message for:

  • Group courses: End of class report will be sent to students enrolled in group courses.
  • Individual courses: End of class report will be sent to students enrolled in individual courses.
  • Private courses: End of class report will be sent to private students.
  • Corporate courses: end of class report will be sent to corporate students.

One of the following options will be available for each type of course:

  • students and tutors: End of class report will be sent to both students and tutors.
  • only students if they have their email: end of class report will be sent to students only.
  • do not send the report: end of class report will not be sent

Once this feature is activated, immediately after attendance is taken, the system will email the end-of-lesson report to students and tutors with the lesson data and comments from the lecturer.
