When creating a group course or course type, the system asks you to enter the type of course fee, being able to choose from:
- Monthly membership fee
- One-time application fee per enrollee
- Flat rate cost
- Hourly cost of attendance
- Cost of attendance per lesson
" Monthly membership fee
With the monthly enrollment fee, the enrollee pays the same amount on a monthly basis to renew the course enrollment.
In this case, the settings entered when creating the course type or in the creation of a new collective course (it is sufficient to enter the amount of the monthly fee).
N.B. The month is considered by the system as a calendar month, so regardless of when students enroll in the course, the renewal day of the monthly fee will occur on the first of the month for everyone. Therefore, if a student has missed some classes in the month in which he or she enrolls, it will be necessary to make a discount in the order of enrollment equal to the value of the classes he or she missed. From the following month, every first of the month, it will be possible to make course registration renewal.
Monthly membership renewal
To renew student monthly enrollment, navigate toFinancial Management → Renewal Management (or even faster click the colored rectangle "Enrollments to renew" found in the dashboard).
From the next screen you will see all monthly enrollments, for which you can either renew or disenroll from the course (you can also use the search field to search for an enrollee quickly).
In case of renewal, by clicking the appropriate icon, the system will redirect to the enrollment panel to finish the order of monthly enrollment renewal.
The system allows multiple monthly payments to be merged into a package of months, with the ability to make cost changes based on the number of monthly payments in the package. For more information on packages click here.
It is also possible to offer installment payment of packages; for more information on installments click here.
" One-time registration fee per enrollee
With the one-time cost per enrollee, there is a one-time cost of the course that the enrollee can pay in a lump sum or in installments (2 installments, 3 installments, monthly installment, etc. etc.). Again, simply indicate the one-time cost when creating a new course type or creating a new group course.
The cost entered will then cover the student's enrollment for the entire course, based on the duration that has been set.
During registration, the one-time cost of the course may be divided into installments, depending on how they are set up.
For more information on installments click here.

" Flat rate cost
The lump sum cost consists of a one-time cost that, unlike the one-time cost per enrollee, covers the entire course regardless of the number of enrollees. Again, simply indicate the lump sum cost when creating a new course type or creating a new group course.
For example, the lump-sum cost can be used when an order holder company pays for a group course for some of its employees. Then the order will be in the name of the company (previously entered in the registry as guardian/manager) that will pay the lump-sum cost set for the course, and the student employees will later be entered into the course without going through the enrollment panel.
To register for a course at a flat fee, from the enrollment panel, click the small arrow on the red button at the top right of the screen and choose the lump sum course to be charged (after creating one or more courses with a flat tuition cost, the system will list them in the drop-down menu of the red button as long as they are not charged).
After choosing the course, select only the tutor/responsible person in whose name the order is placed and complete the purchase order.
After completing the order, from the list of courses, click the icon Enrolled Students on the row of the specific course and, from the next screen, click the Add student to the course.
Then enter the date you want to start attending the course and click the Register for the course to finish the process
